The Ed's ran out of material to work with so they are moving on to another job while I restock. They did get 95% of the second floor trim done and about 90% of the first floor. They still need to do the main set of stairs. Some of the parts for the balusters and handrails showed up last week.

The Newel Posts were delivered on Thursday along with the Balusters.

This week more trim got done. The back hall, powder room, office, and Dining Room are now pretty much finished.

The back set of stairs were also installed this week.

I had to pick up some additional trim stock on Friday. I met Andre to pick up the wood while he was on his way to drop our newell post blanks off at the Wood Turner.

Today Joe and I worked on installing some conduit under the front walkways. We can use this in the future for electric wiring or an irrigation system.

Laura spent some time sanding the oak trim for the first floor.
On Thursday the Eds finished up the crown moulding in the Dining room.

Today Joe D started installing the Back yard. We had about 1200 yards of fill brought in to try and shape the back of the house.

With all the sitework we are doing our rock pile continues to grow. Looks like I will have to build alot of walls.

The Eds have been doing alot of work on the first floor trim. They have been mostly working on the Crown Moulding in the Dining Room.

Joe has been doing alot of work at the Site. He has most of the front yard close to a finish grade. Around back we are going to need to have more fill brought in.

Ed trimmed out the Tub in the Master Bath. We used Azek beadboard so we don't have to worry about it getting wet.

Here is the wood for the first floor trim. At least 50% of it.

Dad and I took a spin up to Gilbertsville to pick up a good chunk of the trim package for the first floor.

Most of the Tile for the house is sitting in the garage waiting to be installed.
