Today Dad and I tried our hand at using a Concrete saw to cut out the openings for the French doors in the walkout basement. The Vertical cuts went well but we spent an hour on the horizontal cut and only got about 10" done. Then we decided to return the saw and call on the help of a professional to finish the job. Not very cost effective.

Today Joe D finished up the site work around the back of the foundation. We are now ready for a Framing Crew to get started.

This week the Underground Utility Conduits were installed from the house almost to the street. These conduits are for Electric service, Cable, and Phone. We put in 1-4" for the electric, 3-2" for the phone and cable and future use, and 2-1" for other uses like driveway lights.
