11/2/08 I finished up the side walk this weekend. (at least as finished as it is going to get before winter) I also planted the tree we got recently. I think it is a Japanese Maple - Acer Fireglow. I also threw in a shot of the flock of Turkeys that frequents our yard.

Seeing as how the MyFamily.Com site isn't currently working. I figured I would post some party and halloween pictures to this site.

This weekend we moved in to the new house. The cleaners worked on Saturday to get the house ready for us. Once they left Dad, Laura, and I moved in the bare essentials (Cribs and Coffee Pot) so the family could spend the night. Joe graciously allowed us to all sleep in his room as the Master Bedroom still doesn't have carpeting. On Sunday Steve stopped by and help us move the remainder of the critical items over. The pictures below are taken just after the cleaners left. It will probably never look this good again. I think the final construction tally is about 26 months.

We are approved to move in!!!!

I received a 30 Day Certificate of Occupancy permit today. We have a few items to clear up before I can get a full OC but that shouldn't be a problem. We move in for Good on Sunday.
