More Trim and Siding work today and yesterday. They also installed the Ribbon Joist for the Decks so the sidwallers can side around them.

Kevin's guys have been primarily doing exterior trimwork so that the Sidewallers can do their job. They have a couple of areas completed so that on Monday the sidewallers began.

Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday the Mason's finished up, the exterior front doors were installed, the exterior trim started getting installed, and the fill from last week was spread.

Today was a day for Fill and Masonry: We brought in and spread about 500 yds of Fill and Structural fill.
The Masons spent more time building the rest of the fireplace and chimney. They left with it about even with the start of the roof.

More work on the fireplaces and Chimney.

We continued to ship in more fill. Getting ready for a big fill day on Friday.

Today we had a visit from a turkey at the house.

More work was done on the fireplace.

And Laura's Tub was delivered.

On Monday the Kolbe windows and doors were delivered.

On Tuesday the framing crew showed up and installed of of them.

The Masons have also been busy building the fireplace in the Family Room.

We have also started bringing in fill again. We will try to get us up to our final grade now that the framing is complete.

Today the Roofer finished almost all of the roof. They came up two bundles light. The Mason started working on the chimney today and made lots of progress. He is already up to the first floor.

Joe was busy giving tours of his new room this weekend.

Today the framing crew worked on the roof of the Farmers Porch.

Weekend Update:

Friday the Framing Crew finished the missing section of roof and began working on the roof of the covered porch.

On Saturday Pepere Joe and I cleaned up the house and the lot. We then enjoyed the first meal in our new kitchen.

On sunday I worked on sealing the conduit pipes that will bring the utilities into the basement.

Joe got his new Tub Today!!!Because of the Heat the framing crew has been working on Exterior Trim, Interior Walls, and reframing the missing roof section.
