Dad and I spent Wednesday prepping the gravel pad for the A/C compressor units. I need to get these units installed as the wood for the floors was also delivered today. I need to prevent the floors from getting exposed to too much humidity. We also worked on spreading the gravel under the front porch.

Joe lent a hand spreading the gravel under the front porch.

About 60% of the material for the hardwood floors was delivered on Wednesday.

We are also begining to test out some paint colors.

Here is another Catch All Post - We are finished getting the house primed inside. The ceilings were painted with a finish coat and the walls were just primed. Dad and I have been working on blocking out the front porch so we can lay the deck boards down perpendicular to the house. We are kind of dead in the water as we wait for materials to be delivered. We expect the interior doors at the beginning of June and the trim package should show up shortly after that. Then we can really start working again. Weekends are busy trying to find ways to keep the kids entertained at the lot so we can get some work done.

Joe's Guys have been putting some time in on the back Patio Retaining wall.

The Insulation guys returned to install the Iceneyne under the kids bathroom.
