The LallyColumn Forest - It actually isn't as bad as it looks. The lally columns are place so that the basement has large areas of space without Lally columns.

This is the side view of the house looking up at the ToyRoom:

Here is my midday update. Visited the site and alot of the exterior walls were up.
I noticed a couple of issues but nothing a saw and hammer can't fix. The cement truck showed up while I was there to fill in a couple of footings.

Here is the evening Update: Today one of the most important jobsite tools was delivered to the site:

Here is the view of the Front of the House:

The Framing Crew got off to a good start today. Unfortunatly they got rained out before lunch. While they were able to work they managed to get the remaining floor joist installed

and the first floor deck on. One of the Framers actually stayed on the job through the rain and cut all the headers and studs for the Windows and doors for the first floor. This should make framing the walls a much quicker job once the rain stops.

After work the whole family visited to check out the progress. Today they finished up framing and sheathing the Basement Knee Walls. They have all the main basement beams in and about 75% of the first floor joists.

Here is part of the crew responsible for the required assembly.

The pictures below are of the work that was completed today. The crew got most of the Basement Knee Walls framed and all of the Sills installed. They also got through with setting about 60% of the cellar beams.

Today we had the professionals come in and finish off what Dad and I started. The guy showed up at 8:00 and was done by 11:00. The pictures below show how it should be done.

With all the recent rain our lot was beginning to look like waterfront property.

Here are some pictures of the finished work:
